Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any service on worldtoken, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

These terms are effective from January 1, 2026. worldtoken reserves the right to update them at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Permitted Use

You may use worldtoken solely for lawful purposes. Trading, depositing, and withdrawing cryptocurrency for personal or institutional investment is permitted. Any use that violates applicable law — including money laundering or market manipulation — will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and two-factor authentication device. worldtoken will never ask for your password via email or chat.

Providing false information during KYC verification is a breach of these terms and will result in permanent account suspension, along with forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

Intellectual Property

All content on worldtoken — including the trading interface, logo, data feeds, and written materials — is owned by worldtoken or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

worldtoken is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, user error, or third-party service failures outside our direct control. Trading cryptocurrency carries inherent financial risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, worldtoken's total liability to any user for any claim arising from platform use is limited to the fees paid by that user in the 90 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

worldtoken integrates third-party services for payment processing, identity verification, and blockchain data. These providers have their own terms of service, which govern their portion of the interaction. worldtoken is not responsible for third-party service outages or errors.

Security Obligations

worldtoken applies industry-standard security measures including cold storage, real-time monitoring, and annual third-party audits. You are responsible for enabling all available account security features, including two-factor authentication.

Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of your account data, withdraw your funds at any time subject to verification requirements, and close your account with 30 days' written notice. Compliance holds may delay fund releases pending legal review.

Changes to These Terms
